Hi everyone! Long time no see haha. I know I've been absent on here and I've left a couple of fics unfinished.

Unfortunately, I'm stepping back from fanfiction. I moved onto another chapter of my writing as I published my first novel last fall. It has taken up a lot more time than I anticipated, so all of my free time has been dedicated to that writing, leaving no time for fanfiction.

It's been tough, fanfiction has been a part of my life for almost 15 years at this point. But it's come to a point where I don't have space in my life for it anymore. I've met a lot of great people and had so many positive reactions on here and other sites.

For now, there are no plans to finished the Tailor's Daughter. I hate to leave things like this but I've tried for over a year to at least work out an ending with no luck. I will leave my fics up for anyone who wants to come back to them.

I want to thank everyone for the encouragement over the years and thank you for the support. <3

@tobie123 I have always been a tremendous admirer of your works, someone who has enjoyed all of your stories with a great respect and enthusiasm, someone who has been inspired by your creativity and originality along the way! It saddens me to hear this news, as your books hold such a special place in the peaky fanfiction world, but oh what a privilege it has been to read your writing and experience these journeys! (Many of which I still continue to re-read time and time again!)

But how exciting to hear about this new avenue of life for you, this new chapter, new endeavor! I continue to admire, respect and look up to your writing and the way you are forging this new journey for yourself with such love, dedication and wholehearted commitment! I admire the way you look to this change with such positivity and confidence, the knowledge of when it was right for you to step back from something you've always known and grow and evolve in your writing and who you are. That is truly something special! I support you and cheer you on in this new phase of your writing, and in life!❤️❤️❤️

You published, what’s the title? We want to read your work. You’re such a talented writer as it were, but now you’re published. I’m so proud of you!

@Ivy_Rose I appreciate it so much! It's a little different from my PB work (okay very different haha) but if you're interested the title is The Silence of Deceit :) It's a pirate fantasy.

I hope you're doing well and that life is treating you kindly! You and your writing have been missed! Wishing you all the best!❤️

Aww! Thanks so much for reaching out! I’ve been in such a writing slump both with my fanfics and original works, it’s horrible! I thought maybe writing one shots for some of my older works might spark things? Idk. But I hope everything is going well with you too!

Sorry for the little bit of a delay. The holidays were busy and then unfortunately I had to put my dog to sleep the day after Christmas. My brain is still numb from the grief but I'm hoping some writing will help take my mind off things. Hopefully, a new chapter for The Tailor's Daughter will be up tomorrow or Monday. Thanks for everyone's patience.

@dixondarlin thank you so much ❤️ I had him for 17 1/2 years if you can believe it. So he was so special to me. But writing has helped distract me a bit. So I’m grateful for that.
