the way people are treating blm like a hashtag or trend is sickening.just because people have posted less and less about it throughout the last few weeks or just because the 'hashtag" isn't trending anymore doesn't mean that you can't still talk about it.just because you may be white with privilege and police brutality or racist comments against the color of your skin don't apply to you doesn't mean that can just post about it once and move on with your life, like the issues against the black community have vanished because you posted about it once.this fight will never be over and we will not be silenced again, not after everything we been through, we deserve rights, we deserve justice for our wronged deaths, we deserve to sleep peacefully at night without having to worry about getting shot, we deserve to come home after going out to get from the connivence store, we deserve to be able to play with toy guns outside of home without getting gunned down, we deserve to sleep in our cars, we deserve to stand in our backyards, we deserve to jog, we deserve to eat icecream on our sofas, we deserve to sell cds and so much more but these rights have been taken from us because of the color of our skin.everything we have in our hands are viewed as weapons, the simplest things to a piece of paper to a hair brush, we basically have to walk upon eggshells all because of our fucking skin color.this is why we say blacks lives matter, don't you ever forget that.
