My name is Tom, I am 20 years old at the point of writing this bio, and I am creating a new profile for my writing.

I am not ashamed of what is written on this profile but it's definitely representative of a different time in my life; when poems were the only way I could distract myself from how I felt and I would spend every waking hour convincing others I was okay when in truth I was far from it.

But now I'm about to turn 21, I am studying a course I enjoy at university, and I've got great friends. It's time for me to follow my dream of becoming an author and begin writing with intent.
