I hate having low self-esteem...

Update: still fat.

Proud. I only consumed about 200 calories today. Wanted to fast but my parents would've noticed. 

Must stay strong....

Day 2 and all I ate was a small breakfast. I still feel guilty though. But I had to eat it or else my mom would suspect that my eating disorder came back. It did but she can't know. 

As of now, I will listen to Ana. I was trying to ignore her but she wouldn't go away. And plus...I was gaining weight. 

First day. 001
