A lot of people find it difficult to move forward because of their past. Their past has different stories, and it can make them feel stuck, confused, overwhelmed, and anxious.

We all have different stories to tell about our past. Some people find it easy to describe their past, while some just don't want anyone to get involved, not even a little. There are reasons why people feel so anxious and sensitive about their past. Sometimes, they fear that someone will create an opinion about their personality based on what their past looks like.

You just fear people criticizing you because you are already carrying those heavy emotions in your mind.

In this world, people can't seem to understand that your past doesn't define who you are today if you have made changes in your life. We can't completely erase or remove our past because it is a part of us. You can't remove a part of yourself without feeling incomplete. You learn to carry it slowly because you are the only one who truly knows how you went through all of it.

At times, it can make you feel uncomfortable when someone brings up your past. You may start thinking that you are the problem, but sometimes the problem is that they simply can't understand someone else's pain.

Someone who has been through a lot is already a strong person. People aren't always ready to accept that, and that's why they keep coming up with harsh jabs and taunts.

Learn to embrace yourself completely. Don't disgrace the parts of yourself that helped make you who you are. You can't get rid of your past because it has taught you a lot.

Don't live in the regret of your past while ruining your present, because your present will soon become your past, and eventually, you may end up ruining your future too. Then the cycle will keep going.

I apologize if I have overwhelmed you with this message. That was never my intention. I just wanted to remind you that your past is something you have been through, not something that decides your worth.

Taking care of yourself and setting boundaries isn't selfish. It means you are being gentle with yourself. Many people often mistake self-care for selfishness. Self-care isn't just about physical care, as people often talk about. Looking after your physical body is one part of self-care, but the other important part is looking after your mental health.

It's one of the toughest things to do, and you are aware of it. Mental health is something everyone knows about, but people rarely care about it. Physical pain can be seen and felt in our bodies, but mental health is felt deeply through our actions and behavior. However, people around us often take it in another way. They think it's just you being ungrateful.

The more damaged and hurt you are, the more it affects your daily life. And I'm sorry if I'm making you feel more stressed by these words instead of helping you.

You can't stop people around you from throwing harsh words at you or make them change their behavior. Yes, change is possible, but only when the person themselves is willing to change. You can't force someone to change.

I know it hurts. It doesn't matter how many times you have tried to stay positive and strong; people can still make you feel ungrateful just because you want to express your emotions, which is what makes you human.

You have done your best, and you still want to do better. But some people are stuck in the habit of blaming others because they aren't allowing themselves to change. They have chosen another way to deal with their own emotions, and unfortunately, that way ends up hurting the people around them.

I really hope that one day you wake up with healed wounds and a heart that isn't so heavy to carry. I don't know what more words I should use, but just know that you have already done so much and you have come so far.

Sending you a virtual hug for all the silent battles you have fought. Please be gentle with yourself. You deserve that kindness too.
