playing / talking with my online friends is making me happier than my actual friends. ouuhhh welll

lowk... i feel like breaking up with my partner was a good decision. i just felt myself be relieved when i got that text, and i honestly don't even know why. my mental health is slowly getting better, i can feel it. idk... maybe it was breaking up or me being clean. maybe both

i don't think my mental health has been this bad in at least 3 years oh lord.. i have no idea what to do anymore everyday just feels the same

just confronted a friend about them talking shit behind my back and they said they didn't ....  boi ya THINK i'm gonna believe that ?????? especially when MY GOOD friends don't like u ?? yeah it's a problem if my friends don't like you .  i don't like you .  also one of my GOOD friends said in the kindest way possible -  im extremely easy to manipulate .  thing is ,  he isn't even wrong ..  sigh 

ok uhm i'm gonna take a break (tho i haven't really done anything except yap on this account ..) 
          
          my mental health is going off the CHARTS ever since i rel@psed, so im just gonna try and process my feelings and try to stay clean. because sh has become a daily thing i do in my life lately, which is obviously not good.
