TLDR: I have a new original story I am currently working on. It's post-apocalyptic, dystopian, enemies-to-lovers yuri. Just wondering if anyone would be interested in reading it if I ever got around to publishing it. 
          
          
          here is the actual story part:
          
          The world has been overrun by infected for the past 15 years. 
          The logistics of The Infection go like this:
          - Parasite infection (fungal spores) 
          - Affects the brain
          - Lab-created. Initially was a study regarding a specific type of cordyceps that were thought to have anti-aging and medicinal properties. They tested it in many different settings, and edited genes, accidentally making it super fast-acting 
          - Initially spread through infected rodents and small mammals releasing spores into grain, water, and produce.
          - Now, it mainly spreads through fungal spores in water, direct contact with infected saliva (through kissing, sharing straws, or saliva coming in contact with open wounds/bites), and direct contact with infected blood.
          - Incubation period: 10 mins-6 hours
          
          There are two main groups of survivors:
          AEGIS (Authority for Emergency Governance and Internal Security): group of corrupted gov officials who kind of run everything and hoard resources while the lower social groups in AEGIS starve or aren’t protected during attacks, only burned in the aftermath. They're mean, but keep most people safe at the expense of some. They are very harsh to outsiders, and actively seek to kill those in MANTIS because they pose a threat to the higher-ups. Hierarchy. 
          
          MANTIS (Mutual Aid Network for Tactical Infection Survivors): group of scavengers who wish to rebel against the gov group. They hate the corruption and how they kill in the name of ‘safety’- even when unnecessary. They see how the higher ups hoard resources and broke off from AEGIS to reconstruct the system. They attack AEGIS security posts at different sites/cities
