I stopped cutting myself I stopped putting myself down I stopped thinking bad about myself I stopped dragging my mind down farther and farther. Whenever I used to listen to Lights Up I'd always cry because when Harry asked "do you know who you are" I didn't.
But today I will proudly say that I do.
