has the thought that trees can talk ever crossed your mind? if so, you’re right. they speak, but only to one girl—- NOVA BARLOWE. nova is a nineteen year old girl who has a deep love for nature, one that nobody can ever beat, save for two people: nathaniel and heather, her parents.
in fact, one of her favorite trees to talk to is the one that her father wrapped his car around. it was not the tree’s fault, but a patch of ice on the road. the tree tells her about that night, and the conversation that he and her father had. it brings an odd sense of comfort to her, so you’ll almost always find her there.
after all, it combines her two greatest loves: mother nature itself, and the man who brought her home from the orphanage that she doesn’t even remember.
