Just wanted to say I am so proud of you for publishing your first book, about 5 month's ago was when I started really writing and publishing on here. You may only start off getting a few reads but there are ways to help you get higher read counts if that is what you want. You can do read for reads and get honest feedback from the wattpad community. You can publish regularly (have a specific day or days to update) or just have fun, love!!
