HELP!!! How can you send an author a cover you've made for one of their books?

Does anyone know the name of the story of a girl who is a fighter and used to do underground fighting? Her dad taught her how to fight and when her dad died, her mum was never there for her and her little brother. So she looks after her little brother. She still goes to school and the bad boy of the school is also a fighter who rides a bike. Him and crew are seen as bad people they only because of heir exterior, but they are not. Does anyone know this story?
