Tsundoku ❲積ん読❳
A noun (n.) coined from two Japanese terms tsunde-oku ❲積んでおく❳ meaning to pile something for later and dokusho ❲読書❳ meaning to read books.
Tsundoku Network (TDN) was made by tsundokus aimed at tsundokus who want to add more books to their pile not for a later read, but for now.
TDN aims to:
- Bring light to Japanese-themed marvels that have been crushed by general anime and manga fanfictions.
- Lessen Japanese-themed books that have been hiding beneath the thick layer of dust, and been left forgotten.
- Inspire and motivate writers in doing something with the new platform for Japanese-styled stories.
- Engage and emulate readers into having refreshing view of Japanese culture.
Submit Japanese-style or Japanese-themed books via the hashtag #TDN.
TDN is currently recruiting members for
