life feels like the end of i know the end by phoebe bridgers lately where it goes into the whole chaos and then the quiet screaming at the end.

does it ever get so bad that all you can do is blast music in your airpods and stare at the ceiling wondering why you can’t figure out what’s going on with yourself?? or is it just me.
