If you ghosted for a reason, please tell that person. The problem could be fixed or worked on. You're leaving that person thinking they did wrong or something is wrong about them. It's understandable if you don't have time, but tell that person. Especially make sure you check in if you have shared depressing/suicidal thoughts. It really hurts to carry around thoughts about how many people have left you, and may cause further trust issues.
