Dear clients,
I've been taking extra measures on making sure that my editings sound perfect to both non-native and native speakers. Note that I write in British English which may differ slightly from American English in terms of spelling and choice of words, but due to my over-exposure to the American culture (thanks to Youtube, obviously) I may have mixed up uses of both British and American element in my works, which I had been trying to minimize in order to avoid confusion. I'm restudying the fundamental difference between American and British English. All comments about the confusion of the identity of story accent are taken seriously.
Another concern of mine is I've also starting to go the extra mile to ensure that my tasks are finished by the intended time to support increasing number of requests. While I accept the simplest, or even most broken but effective words to describe your content for me to elaborate, leaving me with only a phrase for every event is very inconvenient and is slowing me down the hard way. I had to figure out what on Earth should I elaborate based on the theme itself, and to my regrets, my add-ons were not appreciated most of the time, saying my description is not accurate to their imagination and things. A gentle reminder to please try to express every single detail in your event with the best words you have; only then I could make it a lot better.
This step is crucial for best satisfaction of clients under my service. I'm trying my best to serve the best for my clients. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
