Hello!! It's been 2 months since my last update and even longer since I posted an update. I've been busy with school and life, so I haven't gotten around to continue updating the book. I'm going to start writing a new book. I have a lot of ideas and I love fantasy, so why not? The idea of sleep was really interesting to me when I wrote Elise's book. It made me think about what could happen if someone fell asleep and never woke up, but instead, got transported into another world where others had connected with them. With this, I wandered into the idea of magic. Chapter 1 started inside a jungle, and I was picturing a very lush world-- but then soon the idea of magic came in, and I thought of making kingdoms that have their own laws and such. I wanted to create a very big landscape, one that could really manifest the reader. After 4 chapters, I've realized that I think I went too in-depth with what was happening around the world. Although it's nice to know what's happening, I prefer leaving the reader to interpret what's happening in this world. I want them to be intrigued and mystified with what may happen in the upcoming chapter. Therefore, I'm sadly going to say that the book will be discontinued. But! (there's a but!) I want to start working on a new book! It's still going to be fantasy like, but I don't have any plans for it. It might have the same premise of magic, but I wanna see more combat? I want to see my main character have a main end point, and when they reach it, their character development will move forward. I hope you enjoy the book that I write next!

I also figure that shorter chapters will be implemented. They'll be around 1000-3000 now, but there can be occasional long chapters that around 3500-4000 words long. When a chapter is too long, it loses the reader's interest, and they'll close the book and pick it up on a later day. I want to keep the reader engaged with short chapters.
