I just reread Manifesting (my fanfiction on my other account) for something that I’m doing and honestly while there’s a lot that could’ve been better, it didn’t make me want to crawl into a ball and die like most of my writing from when I was younger. I am kinda obsessed with my own characters, Nova and Eamon will be forever my babies. But anyways in one of my author’s notes I said I was so old bc it was my 19th birthday and I’m crying. Now I’m ancient at 25 I guess haha

I’ve started a new project that may in fact be a revamp of an old project that may in fact once have had something to do with kotlc but may be revamped into something to do with being its own thing that may in fact be published in the next year. but you didn’t hear that from me <3 

my sister and i have been listening to the audiobooks for kotlc for the past few months and i almost drove my car into a pole during the sophie/fitz scene in flashback and that’s knowing there’s stellarlune to look forward to. looking back im amazed at what a strong soldier  17yr old me was. also the fact this year will mark 7yrs since that book came out is frightening. why am i so old now. 

i’ve been missing old wattpad so bad lately, but mostly i miss writing. i haven’t been able to write out anything since i wrote and published letters to david. im so burned out and it’s sad bc i got so much joy writing stories everyday after school when i was a teen :( 

Just finished unraveled and I’m crying bc there’s so much that happened and I can’t believe Keefe stayed so quiet in stellarlune. But also out of context spoiler:

One of my favorite traditions is watching how worse and worse good match stands up canonically with each book release. She’s almost 10yrs hold and is not holding up lol 

Thinking about how I got the news I got my dream job (teaching position) and the pathway to getting to this point in my life traces back to when I created my wattpad account 11 years ago. Also how weird it is that there are children the same age as my students on here reading my stuff. 

Okay so just realized that this year will be NINE YEARS since I wrote Good Match which is actually insane. I wrote the fanfic when I was a freshman in high school, and now I’ve graduated college and have a degree and big girl job (teacher!!). I’ll never not be amazed at how to this day, almost nine years after the first chapter was released, I still get regular comments and votes on the story (almost daily).
