The Plot is as follows 
When all the patients of 'Trindale's Institution For The Insane' are released from their rooms, Brent,  A new psychiatric nurse finds himself as one of the last staff, struggling to stay alive. 

Unfortunately for Brent, the Institution stands on a Island far out into the Atlantic Sea. With a broken leg, no power, or way to contact the outside world, he quickly learns what it means to be truly insane.
