"Waiting for the bus was horrible, cold, lonely and if she was being honest, it just sucked in general. Especially at seven in the morning as a blizzard rolled in.

The crisp Alaskan winds were starting to blow and she swore her nose was frozen – about to fall off frozen. The worst part by far though was knowing her favourite black pickup truck wasn't coming to get her. Grayson Holtz wasn't coming to get her and he may never again...

“May?” She was talking to herself again, “He's never going to...”

She slammed the locker shut and walked to next class. It was Calculus and lucky no one she'd had the pleasure of losing her virginity with was in it. She cringed at that thought and walked to class.

Her text books were gripped close to her chest as she barrelled her way through the halls, dodging groups of kids walking.

Why kids had to walk so close together and form walls confused her. She groaned as she peeled away, her shoulder knocking against some eighth grader who was gushing on a jock.

She rolled her eyes and looked up to see Grayson at the end of the hall. He was turned away and Mike was standing in front of him with Kyle at the side. They were deep in conversation about something, maybe Darcy or Tribune or...." http://wattpad.com/story/4421970
