Twilight.   I started writing when I realised something important.
                                         It dawned on me that my Hogwarts letter still hadn't 
                                         arrived. No vampire or werewolf, wizard or actor had
                                         came to sweep me off my feet yet. All the magic that
                                         I'd read about in other peoples books was just staying
                                         in the books, no matter how many times I reread them,
                                         no matter how many times I fantasised, dreamt, or
                                         wished upon a star, I was still an uninteresting, boring
                                         muggle.

                                        It was at that moment that I realised that the only way those
                                        things would happen was if I wrote them, created my own 
                                        world. Brought the worlds and dreams and wishes from
                                        my head and made them real.


No writer will ever, ever be considered a muggle.
No matter how excellent or amateur they happen
to be. They are-- we are, making our own magic.
At one moment we suddenly decide that's the
only way to do it, so we shun the fears holding
us back, whatever they are,    and then we WRITE.
