Hooray! Thank you for being my 99th fan :) As for your title question, it doesn't ever really get addressed so I'll just explain it to you :) So I started out with "rags" because you know, rags = poor. Then i changed to "ragged" and "tattered" is a synonym...then I just put Beauty on the end! BAM...title :)  Thanks for all your comments and votes by the way!

Thanks for commenting(feedbacking, critiquing.) Means a lot & I think I will incorporate the characters into the story. Since mostly everybody wants me to do just that, lol. :) So, I'll take you up on it, thanks again! ;D
