It's hard I will admit that. I have a meal planner and an exercise planner. For my meals I take the insanity diet. I have five meals a day but there smaller and I plan out every meal before the week starts so I know what I'm eating. For exercise I have to two month insanity program and its on a calender so I know what I'm doing everyday. In my experience I needed something to motivate me for me it was my boyfriend were long distance so I don't get to see him at all and it's been a year since I've seen him this summer I get to see him and I want him to think "wow she's beatiful" . I had a friend who's motivation was an outfit like a bikini or pare of pant she hasn't been able to ware in a long time. I hope this helps if you have any other questions just ask. @niallhasnandos
Don't get down on yourself. In my weight loss journey I learned to stay positive even on hard days. Your gunna need time for yourself and its gunna get frustating. Take a walk and scream it out don't keep your feelings bottled up. I'm kinda like you in weight I've always been overweight. I've been on this diet its called the Paleo Diet (i know wired name(it not just a diet its also a lifestyle change)) it has worked.wonders I've lost 35 lbs in the last months and a 1/2.
