life update [10.17.22] : i realized today that i can’t go a day without drinking/ taking shots and smhoking and i know i have an addictive personality i feel like i can’t relax or actually “feel alone” additions: feel happy, feel normal like everyone else [intoxication makes me feel  and okay with conversations and talking in general]. at lease the s/u1/c1d4L thoughts
