Help Meh my mental everyday is getting worst. Now my eyes can even show any emotion. just blank. i am starting to get more silent everyday so its possible its getting worst. how can i block this at least for a while?

@tyllogic456 heya! Make sure you do stuff that makes you happy. Don't stress yourself out. Talk to someone, vent to them. Just know that there are people that are willing to lend an ear, people that care about you. You just have to find them and accept their help. Keep on going! Hwaiting!
