@uivtou the new chapter is so great and I can see Leon protective action on Catherine. I wonder when will he figure out that he does has a feeling through Catherine ? And when will he confess it ?

@sarahinnonce34 I pictured the story taking place somewhere between 2010-2018 (Making Leon Late 30s to early 40s and Catherine in her late 20s to early 30s). It’s not strictly within the cannon resident evil universe. I think of it as if Leon left the D.S.O. between the events of RE4 and 6 and returned to his officer roots by becoming a private investigator.

I've decided to unpublish Saudade for the time being. It hasn't been updated in over a year, and I'm struggling to find motivation to continue it. However, I'm 9 chapters deep into a new, private investigator AU Leon fic. It'll end up on the shorter side, but this is something I WILL finish fr. I'm hoping it'll give me the inspiration to revisit and eventually rewrite Saudade.
