          in this story izuku saotome is oprhan been born raise by nodoka aka ranma mother as her second son and brother to ranma saotome and ranko saotome.
          
          while genma bring both ranma and ranko.
          
          nodoka bring izuku with her being trains by all her friends, after izuku trains by his masters being called their heirs or students/apprentice genma all of sudden appear to bring(kidnapped) izuku with ranma and ranko to cursed hotspring in china. genma even going far to make ranma get engaged to someone he doents knew even go far use izuku to marry soun other daugther nabiki and kasumi.
          
          lets just say when nodoka hear about it she rips her husband and his friends new one even going far disvorce her husband and take custoody of her kids and soun kids.
