Or you could write a cliffhanger at the end of chapter 2 as it could bring the reader's attention and it will make them want to read on more x

@MeghaForever22 I'll most likely put it in the third chapter since they're going to a party. Right now I'm just trying to get in most of the important characters and setting there position in the book..if that makes sense. Thanks for the idea though. I'll bring up a memory in it and you can see if it fits right. :)

Maybe at the end of chapter 2 you could write that any of the characters saw someone and it's bringing back flashbacks/memories of that person? But idk it's your book so you do whatever you want ❤
