I think people tend to forget that Carlos has done some bad stuff. Yes he’s a hero, he protects his friends, family, and the people of the universe multiple times and will lay his life down if needed but he doesn’t hesitate to ‘kill for the greater good’ and is really anti-government so he will fight anyone who works for the government if he feels like it.
