It breaks my heart to do this to you all after all your loyalty and patience. But I lost my father two days ago and at present i don't have it in me to write Ruin Me.
          	I would like to continue this story in the future when I feel i can but until further notice this story is on HIATUS.

@unknownauthor18 Of course after months of commenting on the story itself with confusion I am just now seeing this post. Please, you have to forgive me. I'm rather technologically challenged and it only just occurred to me to take a closer look at your page. Then I saw this in the bottom left hand side (I feel like the site should better highlight the authors public announcements. I must offer my condolences to you and yours. I am truly sorry for your loss.  It is a deep and often unimaginable grief, to lose a parent. I hope you've found strength in good memories and if there's any peace to be had for you I hope it finds you in each possible moment. I am so sorry for your loss!  Losing a parent is incredibly hard to go through, and I am sorry that it was your path to trod.  I hope that some day you will find the inclination to return to Ruin Me because the story is beautiful, and I miss it.

I still check in weekly hoping to see a message from you on your feed. I escape from my world into romance and fanfics. Particularly your writing brought me so much joy and peace, and so I keep thinking that one day I'll come to check here and you'll have posted. Then I'll know that you're feeling alright too.
