When requesting a book, please be specific with what you would like so the best possible cover can be done :).

So, what I need to know is:

- Title of book:

- Author (either your real name, you wattpad name or both or what ever you want to be known as):

-Description of the book:

- Your preferences and opinion of what you want the book cover to look like:

-Cast (optional):

-Genre

- Any other information that you think is important for the cover:

I know people get put off with lengthy rules, so here's the deal:

- Credit me or I have the right to ask for my work back

- Know that it may take me a while to complete a cover

- If you don't like my cover, tell me and I will try again. You only get 2 chances, so if you don't like the second cover then you will have to find someone else.

- If any of your friends or family re on wattpad and are looking for a cover please mention me to them

- Please don't advertise on this book, no one does it to you, so you shouldn't do it to others.

- Finally, like my book so that others can see it that it is good.

When filling in the form, add these or YOUR COMMENT WILL GET IGNORED AND THE COVER WILL NOT BE COMPLETED:

- "I have read this message"

- "I am okay with waiting up to a month"

- "I promise I will credit 'unknownwriter2014

YOUR REQUEST WILL BE IGNORED IF YOU COMMENT ON A DIFFERENT CHAPTER EXCEPT THIS ONE OR YOU DON'T FOLLOW ONE OF THESE RULES OR YOU DON'T ADD IN THE STATEMENTS ABOVE.
