You should make the rest of Class 1-A (and maybe 1-B) go to Asakusa 

Maybe do a rice where oc (dosent even have to related to shoto even just a random woman or man who saw what was going on, or rei asked)  takes shoto and runs only coming back so shoto can do the ua entrance exam
