Hey hello hi. Wattpad is now available again on the US App Store. Why was it unavailable in the first place?

Can someone make it available again. I hate the website version

Okay so  I decided I didn’t wanna quit and so I decided to redownload wattpad.  It’s not available in the US Stores? Not sure why but now the only way I can get on it is through the website
