l am a Queer activist️⚧️️ from East Africa refugee camp, I fled my home country Uganda due to torture and persecution because of my sexual identity.
l am currently living in Gorom refugee camp under harsh conditions of discrimination because l identify as an LGBTQ refugee and activist. In the community I live in, we face Constant death threats, we barely have what to eat as we are unable to work because of the highest degree of discrimination. We barely have access to medication, and as of now USAID have scrapped off their support in the camp, living the LGBT REFUGEES suffering from HIV/AIDS prone to death as the supply of ARVS are short. We appeal to well-wishers and donors to support us through advocacy.
