            i dont use site skins because i have dark mode addons for web browsing, but I'm like 90% sure that there are tutorials for changing the look of the site on the user end using some older internet coding stuff (idk what its called off the top of my head) 
            I've seen some across tumblr but I'm sure youtube has stuff too
