It’s about Sarah’s best friend, it was the night of Rafes going away for college party and Sarah’s best friend is on the balcony getting some air and Rafe is also there and they share tequila and kiss. The kooks and pogues are all friends, their friend group is Sarah, her best friend, Rafe, Topper, Kelce, John B, Pope, Kiara, and Jj. Sarah’s best friend is also best friends with topper. There is multiple books and I know that the author has another book called Cartier Love that is not apart of this series and I still cannot find this book. Also they bond over this surfboard in the last book because they go searching for it! But please help, I need to find this book and read it again because it’s the best ever!
