@EllieG888 The truth is, I have not read Chinese history much, but it seemed interesting to me, and the truth is, if I want romance, I like it, and I know it will be worth the wait lol

@user20040622 You're sweet. In the novel, in the first 45chapters I planned them as the basis for an upcoming continental war. Creating for situations for the leads to meet and give reasons for them to need each other before they even meet. You will see, if you still stick around, when they do finally meet it will be the situations portrayed in the past 40chapters that push the ML to meet the FL! Sorry kiddo, you might get bored and confused before the leads meet but, if you're acquainted with Chinese novels I hope it will help you navigate a little a names of characters etc. Anyway, just know that things I those 40+ chapters are a must before the leads' love story can begin, unfortunately.
