Hi everyone, I hope you're all doing well. I wanted to ask if anyone knows what's going on with the comments on Wattpad?
          	So, I write a comment on a story and someone replies to me; I try to reply back, but for some reason, it won't send if I'm addressing a specific person—like "@ username227"—I can't reply using their username. Has anyone else run into this?

Hello, good morning/afternoon/evening. My name is TaelxD, and I'm a Pokémon writer here on Wattpad. The reason I'm bothering you is that I'm not sure if you'd be interested in reading my story. I've seen you in the Spanish Wattpad stories section, and I'm wondering if you'd like to read mine. It's a version I wrote about Kanto, using all the available elements like anime, manga, Takeshi Shudo's novels, and video games, but with Red as the protagonist and a more mature and, by some standards, more realistic approach. The story isn't going anywhere, but it's good to know what you think. Don't worry, you're not offending me at all; in fact, I'm glad you told me. I hope things go well for you, and we're here to help if you need anything.

            No need to apologize, I'm doing very well (even if it's a bit suspicious). I hope you're doing the same.
            
            Actually, I watched your fanfic and I can say it's quite good, and you clearly put your "soul" into it, so to speak. This is very commendable. Not every story can boast that... but I don't want to offend you or put you down, but the story didn't really "hook" me, so to speak... I'm quite strange in that regard... Again, I want to say and applaud you for really trying, and that's commendable. I wish you good luck in developing this and in your future stories.(Maybe I'll need some time to "feel" your story, so to speak. I already had this happen with one story... I hope my comment didn't offend you in any way. It simply didn't serve that purpose... just saying it as is, sorry.)
            Ps.  Sorry for my English, I'm writing with the help of a translator.

@hoster  For the most part, yes, I don't think my ideas are particularly interesting...+ I don't want to have problems later due to a lack of time.(You know, from a reader's perspective, sometimes you find really cool stories that are either abandoned or updated very rarely... I can understand writers, everyone has their own affairs and lives, but if I put myself in the writer's shoes... it would be sad to realize that maybe the story you took on with shining eyes ended up fizzling out and letting down all the readers.)
