"No," it was quiet for a moment, "Do you..?"
His eyes were dull, skin slick with sweat, "Yeah," his voice is soft, close to sounding broken. "And you wanna know the worst part of drowning?" The golden eyed boy raises his shaking hands, "You know that you can't inhale lest you swallow in the water, you know that you're dying, you know you're going to die and...." his shaking hands move to cover his face as he trembles, "And there's nothing you can do about it."
