For my day job, I'm a computer programmer, but I have many hobbies including a long and abiding love for science fiction and fantasy. I've read it voraciously since I was a kid, and as an adult, I've been a long time participant in NaNoWriMo. I may eventually publish some of those stories here on WattPad. But first, I have another story to share with you.

I got my love of the written word from my mother, and she had been working on a story for years. It was finally nearly complete when she was tragically taken from us in a pasture accident while she was getting ready to go for a ride. I've done my best to polish up the few remaining rough spots, and I'll be sharing it here with you.
