***How to Prove Authorship and Fast-Track Your Google Play DMCA Claim***
          
          Given what's happening on the platform, you may want to take measures to speed up google claim. 
          
          If your book was stolen and uploaded to Google Play Books, you may want to prove to Google's legal team that you are the real author. The fastest way to do this is to use your existing Wattpad book as proof before you submit the DMCA form.
          
          Here is exactly what you need to do:
          
          -> Update Your Existing Copyright Chapter: Go to your Wattpad story and open the chapter dedicated to your copyright notice. If you already published this chapter a long time ago, updating it is the best possible proof of your long-term ownership.
          
          -> Name the Thief Directly: Add a clear, explicit sentence calling out the exact nickname the scammer is using on Google Play. You can use this template: "I have NOT authorized the person operating under the nickname [INSERT NICKNAME ON GOOGLE BOOKS, e.g., NGUYEN BA KIEN] to publish, distribute, or monetize this book outside of this platform.
          
          -> Point Google to the Proof: When you fill out the official DMCA takedown form on Google, include the direct link to that specific "Copyright" chapter. Tell the Google technician explicitly in the description field to read that chapter to verify your statement.
          
          This shows Google's legal team that you have active, administrative control over the original source material and leaves zero room for the scammer to claim it as their own.

          ⚠️ WHAT IS HAPPENING ON WATTPAD!!!? ⚠️
          
          There has been a lot of scamming, hacking, and pirating going on around here. And we need greater community awareness to protect ourselves.
          
          1. Pirates have copied Wattpad stories and are selling them on Google Play Books for a toenail. If you haven't checked if your story is stolen, pls do so and file a DMCA. Just go to Google Play Books and make sure to search your Wattpad Username because sometimes book titles don't always come up in search results.
          
          2. There is a site called inknovl. It looks legit, but several writers on Wattpad also found their books pirated on that site, so pls check if your story is up there and file a DMCA.
          
          3. Hackers have been targeting discord. If you are friends with someone who has been hacked, you will likely receive a message saying they accidentally reported you and that you need to follow some verification steps. Do not follow their instructions and report them immediately!
          
          4. Scammers are directly posting on Wattpad message board saying that you will lose the ability to post if you don't follow a verification process. Do not click on any links they share and report them immediately!
          
          I have not shared any links here to avoid confusion. Search the sites for yourself.
          
          I'm sure there's more happening on top of the spam comments we're all getting. We're being targeted and we need to fight back (somehow).
          
          Pls. share the awareness by copying this post and posting it on your message board. And if you know any other fishy activities, feel free to add them to the list.

          Please do not purchase this ebook, as it is stolen. As you know, Foursaken is a short novel we are writing for the ONC 2026 project and sharing here for free. We are the authors of this work (under the pen name L. L. Valkyr) and we have not authorized anyone to publish, distribute, or monetize it on any other platform.
          
          We have already filed a formal DMCA takedown notice. Let's hope Google will solve the issue and have the copied version removed as soon as possible.

Hello everyone,
          
          I’m sharing what happened to me today in the hopes that it might help someone else avoid the same nightmare.
          
          I found a message on my Wattpad wall from a user with the official Wattpad logo as their profile picture and a name along the lines of "Tech Support". The message, which seemed to be written in a pretty official way, stated that I needed to "verify my identity" immediately to continue using all the platform's features.
          
          Like an absolute idiot, I panicked. The fear of having my account and my stories blocked completely clouded my judgment. I followed all their steps, which eventually led to a page asking for my credit card details (supposedly required for the coins feature of the platform, to verify the account).
          
          Right after completing the steps, I understood that something was off. And that I'd probably been scammed.
          
          Realizing the massive risk I had just exposed myself to, I immediately called my bank and blocked my credit card. It’s incredibly frustrating... I’m going to lose half of next Monday going to the bank to request a new one, but at least I avoided the worst-case scenario.
          
          I feel so stupid right now. Please be careful! I'm not sure if this is a brand new scam on the platform or an old one that just hadn't hit us yet, but keep your eyes open -_-

Hey everyone.
          
          We wanted to give you a quick heads-up that, unfortunately, we are facing the same issue with Amazon again. This week's Patreon release will be slightly delayed and will probably go live between Wednesday and Thursday.
          
          The reason is still the same: we are currently waiting for Amazon to make Magazine No. 10 available, and we need to wait for them before we can publish the new chapter. Because of this, our usual Tuesday journal post will be postponed accordingly.
          
          The good news is that this situation shouldn't affect the free release, and Chapter 12 will still be up for everyone else this Friday as always.

Hello everyone.
          
          How is your weekend going? Ours is busy... as always xD
          
          Last night we went to an amazing concert by an artist we really love, who for some sad personal reasons, let's just say a "complicated" situation, can't be so often around our country. His energy, his empathy, his hurt completely blew us away.
          
          We reached home at 2:00 AM! So today is going to be a semi-relaxing day, mostly spent working on the upcoming chapters for Becks. The usual stuff, you know? :)
          
          How is your Pride Month going so far?
          
          Also, we were thinking about starting to update the images in the older chapters, but it's quite an ambitious task. We might start this week, but we'll see how it goes.

          We just received some amazing news and couldn't wait to share it with you. Foursaken has officially made it to the shortlist of The Pride Awards 2026, held by @FreeTheLGBT.
          
          You all know how much we love Brynn and her family, so the idea of her story reaching out to people all over the world is just... moving. At least for us xD (proud moms here)!
