────── HE HAD TO RESORT TO THE ONLY OTHER THING THAT he knew. vampire hunting. killing vampires was the only other thing that he knew how to do. he grew stoic. he grew numb to doing it. all that he used to be was gone. there was no more of "dizzy" . he turned into desmond . vampire hunting and working at a record store would be his life. at twenty - seven years old, he's killed tons of vampires already. he made sure that his emotions would never get him in the situation that he was in ever again. he didn't want another dorian situation, or another ophelia. he wanted to be left alone. he didn't need emotions ruining anything else for him.

──── BUT GOOD THINGS NEVER LAST FOREVER. things grew complicated. not only because of their hookups, but more tragic matters. dorian knew that dizzy grew up in a family full of vampire hunters. that didn't stop him from pursuing dizzy. dorian got caught with his fangs out, feeding on some groupie that had been at the bar they were performing there that night. the two were arguing do loud that their other two bandmates heard them from outside. dizzy and dorian had a scuffle. dizzy was absolutely struggling to get the bass player off of him. when the other two bandmates saw dorian as a vampire, they booked it, leaving dizzy to suffer alone. dizzy almost lost that battle. if it weren't for the wooden stake that dizzy carried in his back pocket, he wouldn't have lived. he stabbed dorian right in the heart, and it felt like his own heart got stabbed. he killed someone that he really liked, someone that he ended up loving. with blood on his hands, he immediately rushed to the bar bathroom. he washed the blood off his hands, in tears. that was it. everything was
            over. because after the incident, he was kicked out of the band, resulting the dream that he always wanted being crushed.
