          I’m officially 8 months clean of selfharm! I can’t believe I’ve made it this far but here I am. Sure I’ve had I few breakdowns in my tub but I’m find ways to cope and it’s getting so much better.

Is it weird that my friend just got me the collar I’ve been wanting for my birthday and I feel totally safe and mentally ok when wearing it..?
