Sorry for my late response. I was writing and I couldn't stop because I was just doing well (I got a really good idea). Haven't you seen the latest episode yet? In the next episode there is a dance again. It seems like there is a dance in Mystic Falls every month. 
          You make me really curious :). And I like Adrian very much, especially when they are kidnapped by the strigoi in the second book.

Why should Katherine die? I like her :)
          In the books Katherine dies when Elena fights with her, but Elena is there also a vampire and she dies because of the sunlight. But I don't think that's going to happen because it seems like Katherine is mostly over it. I also think that they are not going to follow the books of The Return. Because that's way too complicated (and Damon dies).
          But there are more things from the book in the show this season: Meredith Fell, Sage (who's a woman, I want real Sage) and I think there is coming more. 
          
          I think I'm just going to buy the books, because then I have all of them at home (even though I have the first three parts in Dutch and the rest in English). But after The Vampire Lestat I'm going to read it. 
          
          The book is a little bit boring sometimes, but I also recommend it. There is also a movie with Brad Pitt (my favorite actor) as Louis and Tom Cruise as Lestat. The Vampire Lestat is a better book, just because I love Lestat and don't like whining Louis. In The Vampire Lestat is Lestat (of course) the main character. He awakes in the 1980's and is in the first part mostly wondering about how the world changed. He wants to get in a rock band called Satan's Night Out and when he tells them that he's a vampire and his name is Lestat they think he's imitating Lestat from the book Interview with the Vampire (Louis has told his life story to an interviewer and he has published the book). Then Lestat decides to write an autobiography in which he explains how his life was before he was a vampire, how he became a vampire and how his life was after he became a vampire. I just love it :)

@LegendoftheFuture i know right?Klaus nd Caroline don't make a happening couple, where as Tyler nd Caroline look awesome together...in season 2 i was waiting nd waiting when she'll leave Matt nd go to Tyler...though Matt is also not that bad! :P
          
          Exactly...Damon was mean in season 1 maybe that's the reason why i didn't like him much *then*....but now, I love Damon. Btw do u think Kathrine will die the same way as it is in the book?? I wanna see it on the show,bt then Elena will also have to die.
          
          
          Trust me Rose loves Dimitri in any form....in fact she goes to free him from this strigoi thing just like both of them had discussed once....and in the 2nd last book,Spirit Bound, Dimitri becomes a dhampir again. (yay!!)

          I think i'm going to read this book Interview with the Vampire! :P

When I first saw TVD I was team Stefan all the way, because Damon was so ''mean''. But that mean side of Damon is just so funny and brings variation in the show, because you never really know what Damon is going to do.
          Have you seen the last episode. It's so smart of Damon that he doesn't want to screw it up this time, but makes sure Elena herself discovers her feelings for him. If Damon is happy, then I'm happy but he's so making the wrong choice. So I'm team Stelena, because he's good for her. Altough Rose's reasoning about Elena's relations with Damon and Stefan was also clever.
          
          I can't say I do like Klaus, because who does like the villains? But I like his way of acting. Like with Damon you can't predict what he's going to do. And he's absolutely smart, because the whole season they're hunting for him but they still don't have him. So yes, I like Klaus in the show. I don't like him with Caroline, because I like Caroline and Tyler to be together. I think the producers have a different opinion about that because Tyler is angry at Caroline again. The producers can't kill Damon because he's so popular. Almost everyone is for Delena. Actually I continued reading the books after I discovered that Damon was alive again (thanks to wikipedia). 
          
          But does Rose love him even when he's a strigoi? It isn't his fault that he became one. I can handle boring parts in books because in Interview with the Vampire the thoughts from Louis were sometimes also really boring. That's because Louis can't accept what he is and he is in a constant dilemma of being good or being evil  and asking himself over and over what's good and what's evil. But I liked the book though.

          U should definitely read the remaining VA books...they are so awesome!! ^_^
          You know wat? First season i only liked Stefan...then second season onward Damon started growing on me!! <3 <3
          I actually like Elena with both the brothers...you see..i'm torn down between the two brothers. The ripper thing is a bit weird...but then Klaus left Stefan with no other options....Do you like Klaus...coz i'm starting to like him! :P
          
          Exactly 'if' they kill Damon....i'll stop watching the show, and also i'll send angry mails to the producers! >.<
          All the girls love Damon!! :D
          Oh! oh! if u read the other books where Dimitri bcomes a strigoi...u'll like strigoi Dimitri too, he's jst so different nd twisted....i love Dimitri in all forms! :P the last book is a bit boring though in some parts...where Rose goes off to Lisa's mind...when u read it, then u'll know! :P

Yes, Damon dies in the last book that L.J. Smith has written. L.J. Smith was fired or something like that (I don't know it exactly) and after that a gohstwriter continued the series. In the first book of the ghostwriter Damon is alive again (because the drops of the star ball which is destroyed together with Damon and one of the moons of the Netherworld). It all sounds very confusing and it is so. Though I like the books. I read them when I'm waiting for the next episode on TV. Fortunately for me the vocabulary in the books isn't very big (it's teen fiction) because I'm Dutch (I already said that, didn't I?). English is not so difficult for me because I learn it at school and watch a lot of English movies and TV-shows online (they don't even broadcast the third season of The Vampire Diaries here!) and like I said I read a lot English books (I just finished reading Interview with the Vampire by Anne Rice and I'm now reading The Vampire Lestat, a sequel to Interview with the Vampire). I just love vampire fiction! 
          
          I also loved Dimitri, but I thought the books ended with Rose going after Dimitri to kill him because he became a strigoi. But I'm going to read the next books because I must know what happens after that. I'm so happy that what I thought that was the end wasn't really the end. I think that I'm going to read the last three parts in English because books translated into Dutch lose the spark they have in English, then it's so lame-written. I discovered that by reading books in English. 
          
          I love Damon more than Stefan. Stefan is just so strange because that whole Stefan the ripper thing. And I love Ian Somerhalder with his beautiful blue eyes. But I'm not a Delena fan. I like Stefan and Elena much better together and I like Katherine more than Elena. If Damon dies in the show I'm not going to watch it anymore.

          and u kno wat?? :O i'm not reading Vampire Diaries...it's jst so confusing in the books.....nd they kill off Damon in the last book...nd how? he died saving Bonnie! :( :(
          i hope they don't do tat on the show....HUGE DAMON LOVER HERE!...
          P.S who do u like? Damon or Stefan? i kinda like both! :P :P
