How do you start your creative process? I tend to focus on one thing I want to do and work backwards and kind of write the whole thing in my head before touching my keyboard ? Anyone else do this?

@van-norrison i make a million fic-specific playlists so i put on the one for the fic i'm trying to write and try to bang something out. it's usually unusable so i just keep typing until i have something that's not total garbage >_>

I have so many chapter ideas in the future -- but I feel like I'm telling a story too fast sometimes and slow it down, other times if I slow it down too much it feels like all fluff? Does most of this feel fluffy? What do you guys think?
