It is a Yoonmin fanfiction though, however non-ARMYs can still read it since it only uses certain names, and you don't have to be an ARMY to understand the story.

@bunnydiya you do know that I have never gone to a middle school dance before that, right?? And definitely not because my friends asked me too. I know you since 6th grade and you deal with me singing incredibly off kay and making dirty jokes about you and your boyfriend too, of course we're best friends. I still love Utsav more tho... And I would read the books but that would mean going deeper into the library where you couldn't find me, you already waited for me OUTSIDE the library when I sat in the main area, how would have possibly found me if I went to get some Harry Potter books?
