sigh,, still writing,, stick with me guys it's hard when you work full time (I work at a Solicitors firm, by the way, which is veeery tiring) I write during my lunch break and sometimes after work but I'm always just so tired it's hard :(
@vanillatsu No worries, just write at your own pace and time. We'll still be waiting patiently, to see what treats you have in store for us.
So, season 4 plans!
Firstly, yes, I do plan on writing season four of The Divine.
But I do not, and I mean, DO NOT, plan on following the canon show at all. Not this time. It was too poorly done, in my opinion, to be even remotely interesting for me. I had so many plans anyway that I'm happy giving my own ending and tying up loose ends in my own way.
This does mean, however, that this "s4" would be less of a new big plot like the previous installments, and more of a half-story kind of thing where I tie up plot threads, finally reveal my Jennifer incident storyline, and finalise character arcs that have been progressing since s1.
If readers are happy with the above, then I plan on starting to write soon. I want to write a few chapters before uploading, so give me a couple of weeks! In the meantime, feel free to refresh your memory with a re-read!
Let's overwrite canon and pretend it never happened :-)

Im so p*ssed over Sloan not being there. If you ever decide to write for s4, please think about bringing her somehow. T-T
I can't believe that TUA Season 4 was so disappointing, so much potential, yet it was all over the place, previously important characters like Sloane and Raymond just ceased to be important, and don't get me started on Five and Lila!
If you were to write your own version with Thea, I know that you'd do a MUCH better job. I was honestly more excited for your fic than I was for the actual show.
@vanillatsu Yes, they all deserved a much better ending. Yes, their loved ones and the other side characters are saved, but our leads wiped themselves out of existence? And how did their children still managed to exist?!
@CatrionaQuigley if anything the abysmal season just makes me want to write it more! just to give these characters some kind of respect >:(
just finished watching UA s4... I genuinely want to throw up it was so awful... the nonesense plot, the rushed execution, the AWFUL character choices - did the writers even know what show they were writing for??? talk about character assassination!! what the hell!!
genuinely, and I mean this wholeheartedly, that was the worst season of television I think I've ever watched. 0/10.
now I'm just mad >:(
@CatrionaQuigley The only fun part was the actors' chemistry, and the campy villains, but it sadly didn't save it from mediocrity.
@vanillatsu I totally agree, like, do the writers even KNOW their characters anymore. It just came off as incredibly rushed, Klaus was extremely underutilsed, and don't even get me started on Five and Lila...
