i feel like picking out a cover from pinterest or making one on ur own(by canva or drawing or by whatever else) is a core part of fanfiction making so it throws me off
also AI for creative uses suck ass in general

@vanitiies thats like SO real, finally someone said it because i personally won't even consider reading a book with a bad cover especially not one with AI like dude is it really that hard to go on pinterest and search whatever vibe your book has and then pick a photo trust it can NOT be that hard, like sometimes the writing isn't even that bad it's just the cover and design, but most of the time AI is used for writing, the same way it was used for the cover(thank you so much for mentioning this♡!!)

Agreed I saw an avatar fic with an ai na’vi cover and I was just like, “so you can’t even just screenshot a scene of the jungle from a scene pack?” It’s crazy especially since avatars scenes are already so pretty. But instead of that they just used ai :(
