Man... after a fucking long time, I found a story that truly captivated my soul.
And that story is "Deserted me"
It took me 8 days to catch up to the latest update, and for 4 consecutive nights, I stayed up till 4 o'clock reading. I was crying at 2 a.m., reading throughout the whole day and almost the whole night. Crying, laughing, squealing, screaming, banging my head because of how beautifully this story is written.
I found a story like this after a looooooooooong time, bro.
The story has the perfect pace. The storyline is so complicated that it could've fallen apart if it wasn't handled gracefully, but fuck... the grace and the control over the story, the characters, the plot, and their emotions... everything was on point. It was present in every single chapter.
The pacing is simply perfect. Neither rushing nor slowing down. A perfect pace that walks with this particular unhurriedness, knowing the room will adjust according to it, not the other way around. (hehe I know what I did here, but this is the only truth)
Man, I'm left with no words but so many feelings inside me that I'm literally forgetting my vocabulary. This book is crazy, captivating, and just one damn rollercoaster I never wanted to get off.
A story had me hooked for 8 straight days, and even after catching up, I'm still high on it after 3 days. Imagine the level of captivation of this book author nim. This story has ruined me for good, and I don't want anything less than this anymore.
I want to scream, and fuck, I AM SCREAMING.
In my entire 5 years on this app, I've never taken a screenshot of any book—not a paragraph, not a scene, not a single moment—just because it stayed so deep inside my heart that I needed proof of it. But with this story... I did.
The scene where Tae called Koo "nim" for the first time, and Koo said, "You don't have to choose between me and him. You have both. You always have both."
Fuck, this scene. I took the proof of this scene ( TДT)
