i think the hardest thing to write imo is morally grey characters.
          
          i feel like its pretty easy to write evil/good characters (not really writing is stinky most of time i just say that because….most of us have ocs right? thats a character that works)
          
          but omg. i feel like sometimes as writers we forget that people aren’t just evil or just good. you can think of the most evil person that has roamed the earth and yeah. theyre evil. but theres also someone that probably remembers something good they did. or there is something good they did before.
          
          morailty is a big blob of gradient grey. one side is super light grey but its not industrial white or anything. and the other side is super dark grey but not black.
          
          now unless your oc is quite literally the devil (i mean like. the devil. not the hot demon oc you made in 2020.) your character is gonna fall in the grey somewhere. whether theyre a really good person or really bad. none of them are gonna be completely perfect and good or completely evil. 
          
          people are morality lasagna guys. write em that way :))
