I was tagged by Tabi, @FeyGurl, to share ten things that make me very happy. So without further delay, here they are:

          	1. Friends - this is definitely my first choice. Without friends my life would be quite lonely.

          	2. Poetry - I must have my feels. I read, I write it, I dream it, I experience it and I cannot live without it.

          	3. My Blankie - Ok sure, laugh it you want but my blankie is my shield against all evils that lurk my room at night.

          	4. Reading - If I was forced to live without friends then I'd have to have books or I could not survive. My friends would be all the imaginary characters from the stories.

          	5. Lappie - Yup, you want to make me curl up in the corner and whimper? Then take my lappie away. It is my life line to the outside world.

          	6. Flying - I've worked in the airline industry and flown my own plane even longer. Nothing can fully describe the feeling of soaring across the open sky with metal wings.

          	7. Writing - I’ve really taken to writing. Especially lately. I never wrote for people before a few years ago and suddenly I have a goal in my life to tell stories to every person that will listen.

          	8. COFFEEE - nuff said. Well maybe not. I simply do not function without the real stuff. (don’t even try and give my the brown tinted hospital water).

          	9. Papal’s porch at the cabin - My family has an old cabin, that my great grandfather built. I has an old shake roof and covered large front porch. There is a rocking chair there that seems to have my bottom imprinted on it. I love to sit under a blankie, sipping hot coffee and reading a good book. I can watch the rain rise up the mountain side and the clouds roll in.

          	10. Music - Ahhhhh, how can I express the feeling I get from music. Words seem to fail and fall useless. Music fuels my writing, fills my dreams and enchants my senses. Music is the magic of our age and may ever be.

I throw down the imaginary gauntlet at the feet of @Debsta79 and @shieldmaidenrae
